I can highly recommend this company for your pcb problem. They were very helpful with any queries, offered advice and displayed excellent communication via email throughout the entire process. After fitting the returned ROM chip on a new pcb for an external hard drive, I was able to access all my backed up data on that previously inaccessible hard drive.
